The highest award of distinction in romance fiction, the Vivian recognizes excellence in romance writing and showcases author talent and creativity. Replaced the RITA Award for one year only with the awards given in 2021. In 2024, the awards were renamed the Diamond Heart Awards with categories cut down to four.
