Agatha Awards

About

The Agatha Awards are named for Agatha Christie, the prolific mystery writer of the early 20th century who brought us such characters as Miss Marple and Hercule Poirot.  The awards are for mystery and crime writers who write in the cozy mystery subgenre.  The awards are sponsored by Malice Domestic Ltd. which began giving the awards in 1988.  The "Best Children's/Young Adult Novel" category was renamed "Best Young Adult Mystery" beginning in 2018.  This list will cover all but the Short Story awards and the Malice Domestic Lifetime Achievement and Poirot awards.
